The download stores are dedicated proprietary music retail websites, built for a retail partner. The service includes the following:

• Site design in consultation with the partner - development is overseen by destra’s experienced product managers to meet agreed requirements and includes hosting of the site and content on destra’s servers.
• Traffic Management - an experienced and dedicated product manager maintains the site on a daily basis

• Content Management - a specialist content manager will feature music to reflect your brand

• Customer Support - knowledgeable customer support staff supervise a 'freephone line' to deal with all technical issue enquiries
