SYDNEY – 3 March, 2004 - destra Corporation Limited (ASX: DES), and Yahoo! Australia & NZ Pty Ltd today announced an exclusive partnership to target the SME market with a new co-branded service utilising destra’s core OzHosting.com business.

Marketed under a new co-branded mark, the initiative will see both companies strengthen their position in the SME marketplace. Products tailored for the Australian market will become available at ‘smallbusiness.yahoo.com.au’ and ‘ozhosting.com’.
Yahoo! and destra will continue to work together to explore other opportunities that could be marketed through the Yahoo! SME portal, including those in South East Asia.
