The Board of destra Corporation Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Joshua Landau to the Board, effective immediately. He brings a wealth of business experience, particularly with technology companies.
Joshua Landau is currently Chairman of Sonnet Limited (ASX: SNN), a Chairman for the international CEO group, The Executive Connection (TEC), and is Deputy Chairman of the Industry Advisory Board of The Global Innovation Research Centre at Melbourne University.
He has held number roles including:
- Manager of Risk Management practice for Arthur Andersen & Co
- Inaugural Manager of the Potter Partners Cash Management Trust
- Founded and subsequently listed Software Corporation of Australia Ltd
- Managing Director of Datronics Corporation Ltd
- Lecturer in the fields of strategy and innovation management to business students at Monash and Deakin University.
Joshua Landau is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA), and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds degrees in Accounting and Engineering.
