Destra Corporation has acquired AFL and sports video content provider Visual Entertainment Group (www.veg.com.au) for $4 million. Its sports videos, which include AFL, NRL and boxing, generate over $1 million in annual EBIT profit. The key VEG management team will remain with the business; VEG founder Michael Dolbey stays on as chairman.
