Australia’s largest independent digital media company, destra Corporation Limited (ASX:DES), has today completed the $14 million acquisition of Central Station Records and MRA Entertainment from HomeLeisure Limited (ASX:HLD), as announced to the market on November 27, 2006.
Additionally it has also completed the NiceShorts.com.au (online video community) acquisition as announced to the market on December 18, 2006.
