ASX ANNOUNCEMENT: NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE
destra Corporation Limited (ASX: DES) advises that, in relation to the 5 for 11 Non-Renounceable Rights Issue: -
a) 150,497,569 new shares were allotted today;
b) the new shares have been entered into the holders’ security holdings;
c) as a result of the allotment of the new shares, destra now has 481,592,221 shares on issue; and
d) a statement setting out the names and percentage holdings of the twenty largest shareholders accompanies this announcement.
